THE ROPE OF ALLAH

 He only knows.
what the future holds.
come to Allah close
and hold on to His ROPE
that gives you hope.

THE DELICATE FLESH

It is that flesh dangling between the the two jaws
powerful indeed it is that even a sword or a gun had to bow before it.
It made some, while many were mared by it.
 It brought fame to some, while many lost repute via it.
It drew some closer to Allah; many were dew for Hell because of it.
 It is so dangerous that the messenger of Allah (PBUH) had to say while crying that; ’’ ...will you listen? Allah does not punish for shedding tears, nor for the grief of the heart, but He punishes or bestows His Mercy because of this.’’ Pointing to his tongue. (bukhari vol.2 bk 23, No391) He (PBUH) also said ... is there anything that topples people on their faces into the fire of Hell other than the jest of their tongue? This tells us how incumbent it is to over us to guide our tongues. May Allah make us amongst those whose tongue would be a means of their entrance into jannah. Amen

JIHAD : Why the misconceptions?

 

  


 Over the years, Jihad has been a topic of debate across the globe. But it is quite sad that Jihad in Islam has not only being misunderstood by the non Muslim, even Muslims lack adequate knowledge regarding it concept. So sad and tragic. It goes to the extent of some Muslims altering words which can actually lead one out of the fold of Islam. For these reasons it is mandatory upon us to seek the knowledge of the pristine Islam. Non Muslims who believe Islam is a religion of aggression and hostility (or whatever qualifications they might have given it ) due to Jihad, only say this because they fail to understand its concept in Islam.
It gives me less concern when a non believer stands against Islam is this regard because he neither claimed that Allah is his creator, nor did he accept Muhammad as His messenger. But why are Muslims falling prey to this issue?
